General Shipping Details
We aim to ship all orders withing 24 hours of you placing your order. Shipments are sent from Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Typically orders to QLD, NSW & VIC are the fastest while orders to ACT, NT, SA, TAS & WA need 2-3 extra working days.

At the checkout you will have the option for stndard post or express post. Free shipping is always sent as standard post.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are provided with a tracking number once shipped. Check your account or shipping notifications on how to track your order.

International orders are sent with Australia Post. Please contact us so we can provide a shipping quote and do the order for you.
Any import taxes, duties or charges are not covered by Lumiere Lighting and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Scans for international tracking happens less frequently. Often your won’t see any tracking updates until the order arrives in the destination country. It is usually better to track with your local domestic courier service once it arrives in the country for more up-to-date tracking statuses.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your shipment hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged, please contact us. It is normally faster to lodge an enquiry with the courier yourself but if they are unhelpful we can also look into it.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can see the damage and work out a replacement for you.
